Your lens will be custom made specifically for your prescription and visual needs. The frame not only holds your lens so you can comfortably wear them, but for many people is also a fashion accessory!

At any of our four optical shops you will find our frame selection extensive and unique. We work hard to offer frames from over 30 quality designers, many of which you will not find elsewhere in Maine! In addition, our inventory is constantly being updated and refreshed as our designers introduce new designs throughout the year. So, stop by any of the Eye Care of Maine optical shops regularly and check out the “New Arrivals” display! We have frames for every budget.
Spectacle Lenses
At Eye Care of Maine, we provide our patients with the most advanced lens designs and a full spectrum of lens materials to accommodate all your visual needs, occupation, and lifestyle! This includes the highest quality coatings to help prevent scratches, prevent the damaging effects of UV rays, polarization to improve vision in strong sunlight, tints to improve visual acuity for activities like golf or shooting, and blue light technology to filter out the harmful effects of blue light. However you use your vision, our opticians will recommend the latest in lens technologies to make your glasses truly customized. And, because we understand that sometimes one pair will not take care of every need, multiple pair discounts are available!

Our patients are always welcome to walk-in and receive complimentary adjustments. If a repair is necessary, most are free of charge. This is Eye Care of Maine’s way of going the extra mile for patients purchasing their glasses at any of our optical shops.
Warranties
All frames and lenses ordered with Crizal or TD2 purchased from Eye Care of Maine include a full 2-year warranty on any manufacturer defects from the date of purchase.
Insurance
If you have vision insurance, our opticians will explain how to best utilize your benefits.
Financing Options
All Eye Care of Maine locations offer a payment option of 6 months deferred interest through CareCredit, if approved, for optical purchases.
